The Inscribable Wristband
Instruction for recording Time, Height, or Distance
To inscribe time, height, or distance, use the following color sequence:
1-blue, 2-red, 3-green, 4-pink, 5 - black, 6 - blue and black, 7 - red and black, 8 - green and black, and 9 - pink and black.
Example #1: If you ran 100 Meters in 10:28, use an acronym (1HM) to recognize 100 Meters. Color in the number (1) blue, (H) blue, and (M) red.
Now record your time of 10:28 by starting at the large dot on the band. Color the 1st dot blue for the number (1). Use a blank dot as a space and leave the 3rd dot blank for the number (0). Use another blank dot as a space and color in the 5th dot red for the number (2). Use a blank dot as a space and color in the 7th dot green, and the 8th dot black for the number (8).
Example #2: If you ran 11:20, color the dots in the following sequence: 1st dot = blue, 2nd dot = blank to indicate space, 3rd dot = blue, 4th dot = blank, 5th dot = red. You can also use this number system for inscribing a telephone number in to the Inscribable Wristband.
